Pros

If you are a hard worker and management can see it, there's always opportunities to move up in the company. I started working there when i was 16 and stayed till I graduated college. They were very supportive of my education and will work with you if you need time off for school.

Cons

Any job in retail is going to required you to work holidays and late nights. It's not necessarily a downside for Target as a company, but any retail job out there.

Pros

Easy to move around departments. It is also easy to move to other stores in the area if you ever need to move.

Cons

Pay could be better. Would like to work more hours but they rather hire new people than give the hours to people currently employeed.

Pros

Discount every team member gets and needs a discount now days, could be higher, but at least it's something. At most times your team lead will work with you

Cons

If you have a degree in "automotive repair". you become ETL in chage of groceries and food production, even if you dont know heath standards around food let alone the difference between cotto salami and hard salami
