Pros

Target in general posesses and fosters a very positive work environment. The atmosphere is pleasant and does help the day go by a bit faster. There are electronic resourses available to assist you, as a manager, in the execution of your duties.

Cons

Junior team members, as with any minimum wage employees often don't care for the work or put in their best efforts. The culture does help to mitigate this but even with this factor turnover can be high and inefficiencies hinder productivity. Especial on the overnight shift.

Pros

More working hours from my previous job, closer to wear i live, and also the pay is good. :) :)

Cons

Very large so you will not have many customers coming to you, so less work, and also big environment so you will not get to know your coworkers better.

Pros

You start at 4am so if you are in college or high school, good hours before class. Discount.

Cons

You are responsible for unloading the truck, sorting the store products, placing them on pallets, stocking the shelves, and cleaning up the store, all while providing customer service and pulling teethe for more hours. Not worth the physical labor for the pay.
