Pros

Friendly employees, close to home; ability to work varied hours; good benefits; salary is fair for that industry. Benefits include free meals during holiday weekends from Thanksgiving through end of year, and at Easter.

Cons

Seniority does not give employees any advantage. No two work weeks alike, as to hours and days; it changes constantly, even after being employed for several years. Hours may vary from 10 hrs. per week to 30 hrs. per week or so, despite filling out "availability" sheets, and requesting a certain number of hours per week. Emphasis on fast service, though speed often depends on how quickly the "guest" pays; cashiers are rated on speed, and compared to each other on that score.

Pros

Benefits are good, plus discount to Target stores and other companies. If you have a good STL, the experience at Target can be great.

Cons

ETL are expected to work 50 hours a week. Plus its retail so you are expected to work every other weekend, and close one weeknight a week.

Pros

10% employee discount is the best that I can currently think of.

Cons

I do not feel that I am respected or valued by either the store manager or the pharmacy district manager (called RPM or regional pharmacy manager). The store manager now has complete responsibility over the pharmacy, yet does not understand the pharmacists actual duties. I have been called on the phone MANY times and asked if I could come to the store managers office to talk. I don't know how many times I have told him that I have patients waiting for their prescriptions. He does not understand that a pharmacist is involved in every single prescription. Be it checking the final rx, reviewing the patient profile and or contacting the prescriber with concerns. He thinks that the technicians are building and endcap, and do not need the pharmacist present.
