Pros

As long as you're on the sales floor it's not horrible. You get a little more freedom there and aren't so micro-managed

Cons

Cashiering is the worst because they force you to meet credit card quotas and you get lectured to you even go to the bathroom while on the clock. Moving up in ranks is impossible too unless you a brown noser.

Pros

There is a lot of performance feedback and opportunity for advancement at Target. For leaders, there's a big focus on leadership development.

Cons

It can be challenging to be a team member (sales floor, especially) at Target because there is much work to be done each day

Pros

Good high school job to work part time. I would not want to work there full time or for the rest of my life.

Cons

You have to do a lot of work that in my opinion is pointless. Even senior management has to do things that seem useless.
