Pros

Great benefits, great work enviroment, excellent management, growth opportunities. No favoring of employees with raises and promotions, and excellent downward communication from management. Flexibility in work schedule.

Cons

Yearly raises for hourly employees are not great, and shifts can end after 11 during the week depending on others productivity.

Pros

Benefits, flexible, decent pay, room for advancement. One of the best pros in my case was the ability to take an educational leave of absence and return during the holidays and the summer months.

Cons

Pay could be better, seems like a lot of political maneuvers are needed to obtain any supervisory position. Sometimes the work is mundane.
