Pros

Large emphasis on selling the target credit card. Good place to work for partime and if you are in high school.

Cons

Part time work that can be very tedious. Cashiering is boring and there is little room for advancement in this company if you are not management.

Not a bad place to work.

Pros

The discount comes in handy, the people are great to work with in general, the hours are steady, at least pays the rent.

Cons

Very high expectations. Everyday Team Members are expected to go above and beyond, sometimes to the point of wearing themsleves too thin. On top of normal, weekly tasks, ETLs seem to add more work, as well as expect Guest Surveys to be amazing.

Pros

not the typical office job that makes you think quickly and teaches a lot of responsibility. Fun group of peers to work with.

Cons

Long exhausting hours with hard to meet goals. Review process can be biased and other departments can either make or break your department.
