Pros

Good atmosphere and sense of companionship with coworkers decent hours and accommodation regarding scheduling discount is a plus easy to obtain a job

Cons

pay lazy upper management making all the decisions expect a lot pay very little recognition is useless, we aren't five years old

They do pay you. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

Any time you have to work the salesfloor, you'll be doing monotonous work that you'll repeat time and again before your shift is over. It's not about customer service, it's about dull merchandising tasks that could be accomplished while half-asleep
