Pros

As a cashier, you get to meet great people. They work really well around employees who go to school. 10% employee discount. Nice work breaks and lunch scehduling. Can expand to be taught to work everywhere in the store if you ask.

Cons

RED CARDS ARE HELL!!!! They made me hate my work. They kept pushing you to get people to sign up for Target Credit and Debit cards, breathing down your necks to get one everyday.
