Pros

Coworkers are definitely the positive aspect of the job.

Cons

Management is rarely impressive in terms of leadership skills. I worked at two different Targets, and only two managers had empathy and understanding. It's important to listen to the concerns and constructive feedback of team members. Also, it wouldn't hurt if managers treated us less like numbers and more like human beings.

Pros

- They pay for your school/certificates - Some managers and team leads are helpful. You’ll have to get lucky depending on the day.

Cons

- They do not see you as human. - You rarely get help and you are mostly on your own. Especially with asking for help with heavy lifting or finding items. - There is a double standard. - They choose to treat some employees better than others even though we are all helping. - They will constantly keep you moving as the filler employee instead of treating you as an employee.

Pros

The team members are great

Cons

Not enough workers. Employees are spred thin. One cashier. No one responds for backup. Only super Targets get hours while other stores are overwhelmed.
