*great objectives as a company *the materials to expend knolqedge *very inclusive *opportunity to advance

*individual store managers will be your issue if they are not looking to help you but themselves *lack of corporate involvement when it comes to unfairness of their seasoned employees. *unrealistic amount of tasks with no overtime allowed and even less payroll *no work life balance, at all, for small format leaders
