Pros

You get a free Starbucks if you work harder than your body is capable

Cons

This job was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. After leaving I had nightmares about my managers. The softlines manager is one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever worked with. She’s not inclusive and will gaslight any concerns you have. Other managers under aren’t any help either due to being afraid of the top softlines manager. This job overworked me and really showed me what a toxic and draining work environment can do to you. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply to this location.

Pros

It's a decent job if you only need part-time work.

Cons

Scheduling was all over the place. Sometimes I'd be scheduled 40 hours a week, and then the next only 15. Do not expect to get a raise either. Even if you score high on your yearly review, you only get a few cents more.
