Pros

employee discount people that you work with Oppertunities for advancement oppertunies to cross train. Dont have to work in the same department every day, Get to help customers

Cons

the Pay is extremely poor for the amount of work that is expected. Executive team learders are mostly college graduates who were hired with no real work experience. Must have college degree to advance beyond Team lead It is easier to enter management as an external than as an internal.

Pros

they work by your availabilty, get vacation hours ( but you have to work 30 or more hours), meet good people. Majority of the ETLs are nice, have opportunity to move up with the company.

Cons

cut hours after the holidays and you have to hustle to get more hours. When they cut hours it makes it impossible to finish zoning and putting up reshop at a decent time because we never have enough people because the store is not making sales. I feel like the pay should be better even though they start you off .25 more than the miniunum wage that's not enough after all the work you have to do.

Pros

Nice break room. My store's hr team will buy us various snacks and food. 10 percent off but only if you use cash

Cons

Disgruntled employees . no one wants to be there and its obvious low wages shifts as late as 1 am always short staffed work piles up and their are not enough employees to get it all done. after 90 days it is impossible to get fired so people slack off and call out constantly. work gets put all on new employees. management does nothing and doesnt care whatsoever. rude to guests. ive seen several team leads, just blow off guests.
