Pros

The pros are being able to work independently most of the time.

Cons

The leadership at Target makes you feel like a prisoner rather than an employee. No matter what you do or say, they will find something to complain about or get mad at you about. The hours are ridiculous: 6 days/week and less than 30 hrs. They expect you to put your life on hold so they can control everything you do. Impossible to move or promote to a different position if you do a good job. They want to keep you in the same crappy position with the same pay so it will benefit them. Raises are ridiculous as well. 22 cents is a "great" raise if you get one every year.
