Pros

Great team, fun atmosphere, chance to gain leadership skills at young age, dynamic environment, and great management.

Cons

Hours-sometimes would work until close and be back in the morning to open and in general scheduling was inconsistent which made it hard to maintain work-life balance. (I only got one weekend off-which I requested-in 3 months) The other big con for me was the pay for the amount of work I was doing. I got paid $8.25 an hour and was responsible for the front-end of the store. The low pay was partly because I was new to the company but it didn't feel fair for the amount of work and responsibility that I had.

Pros

Fun place to work part time, most entry level work is simple enough. Had a great time with most of my coworkers! Worked from a cashier position up to GSA and was possibly looking at GSTL before I left.

Cons

As a supervisor working directly below the team lead I was paid 8.50 an hour to manage the entire front of the store. Absolutely non-competitive pay. Exec's are so busy pushing for employees to do more with less manpower and wondering why management has a hard time keeping up. My store seemed to operate on bare minimum. We would often have one cashier scheduled for most mornings until noon, and calling for backup every five minutes becomes a nightmare.

Pros

To be honest, I can't think of any pros... Sad to say but true

Cons

Noone is held accountable for what they do. Management doesn't care about their employees. No hours.
