Great benefits and pretty set schedule!

Pros

Lucky enough to have great team. Mostly self guided position. Base my weeks works on visual workload, sales, shipment, team trainings etc.

Cons

Expectations can get a bit unrealistic with certain leaders. Visual walks can be frustrating when the visual guide is exalted as gospel vs when you are challenged to use it merely as a guide.
