Pros

Great health benifits, they pay for school (this depends on your major but surprise its only majors that apply to target) and the pay is competitive.

Cons

Leadership, management, HR are horrible. Leadership has just as much turnover rate as team members do at least on the FC side. Heavy favoritism amongst leadership, they make team members (leads and the like) train new management on how to do their job instead of hiring the leads for those positions. When the leads apply for said management positions they are told they are not ready or need to be trained more. Yet somehow magically they are trained enough to run the whole department without management for an entire year and can train management to do the exact same job they already do which makes no sense. Literally EVERYBODY TO INCLUDE MANAGEMENT goes on a stress leaves and are gone for 2 for 4 months at a time, if management has to take a stress leave 4 times a year something must be up but HR doesn’t seem to think its important if they have an attendance issue with both management and the team members much less investigate why that is.
