Pros

Work schedule is Monday- Thursday.

Cons

Very little opportunity to move up. Supervisors pick favorites to operate equipment/drive dump trucks and do not stray from that. Very low pay for operators.

Pros

Very diverse staff. PTO accrewal was awesome plus paid sick leave. You could use both together if your going on vacation.

Cons

Management turnover. Repetitive job, not a lot of differentiation from day to day.
