Nice uniform ,start pay is ok but it's just To draw you in.Don't quit your job have a back before you start this training.

Cons

Baby setting grown man and woman that are sick And hepatitis c and Aids that could infect you and You're family is not worth any job.

Great retirement benefits, decent pay and health benefits Workers take a lot of pride in their work

Cons

some abusive and unstable managers that know how to operate just above illegal so HR can't do anything about it. If exempt, may work long hours with no compensation Depends on the department but many have no opportunity to advance
