Pros

I work with great people. The culture is healthy IMO although we dont socialize much on a day to day. We do make efforts to gather monthly for birthdays and holidays. If you do your work, no one bothers you. The pay isnt the greatest, but when you factor in they dont bug you if you take an extra 10-15 on your lunch or come in a few mins late from time to time*, its tolerable. More moneys isnt always better.

Cons

Not many cons to mention. The leave request policy feels excessive and annoying to adhere to. Cant text your manager to call out. You must call and call until you speak to someone. No job is perfect though.

Pros

Good co-workers, flexibility, individual offices

Cons

toxic upper management that doesn't appreciate the work that is accomplished. Promotions are based on being friends with management and being a yes person, not knowledge.
