Pros

Good job security, and promote up quick with no college degree.

Cons

Mid level management could be better. And the job is very political.

Pros

This agency is doing a great work for the community. Colleagues are great team members, and the work environment is great. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

The pay is not reflective of an agency that truly values it's employees. There are typically no raises given either. I can no longer work 40 hours a week and still be struggling to meet my basic needs and living expenses.

Pros

My immediate co workers are good

Cons

Leadership is horrible. We have leaders that are horrible and do not care about their employees. The are condescending, rude, controlling, manipulative. They morally beat people down day in day out.
