Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Constant growth of knowledge.

Cons

Not encouraged to take time off. Some managers manage according to their mood. Extremely difficult customers, all day. Must be able to argue with customers. Time off is accrued. Extremely busy all day long. Would never recommend someone working here. Will not let go of managers that need to be let go. Would rather loose DOZENS of really good clerks than let a manager go. Not a place for growth, unless you are liked by upper management. Commonly toxic work environments.
