Nice facility, kids are good making place look nice

Cons

Excessive hours, under staffed, unrealistic expectations, unattainable bonus tiers developed for corporate to keep manufacturer bonuses to dealership. Upper management look other way and allow underhanded, cut-throat conduct between peers to occur instead of being fair

I love working for Tasca, I have been with the company for two years and I have always been treated fairly. The pay for me is pretty decent and I have received three raises since I started. They give you a free turkey on Thanksgiving, Christmas bonus, and a beautiful Christmas party. I am very happy here!

Cons

You only get one week vacation after one year, and after three years you get two weeks, and that's it. You don't get any paid time off or sick days unless you use your vacation time. Depending on what department you work in some of the hours get crazy, I only work 40 hours, but sales positions range from 45-55 hours or more sometimes, but you know that taking on the position.
