Pros

Friend of the TASCA family? Come & go as you please. While others have to work full time by any means. No matter what you have going on in terms of school & family matters.

Cons

Company as a whole is a joke. From the warehouse (especially the warehouse) to the dealership. They love to fill you with promises of becoming a part of their "TASCA family" as they hire you. The saying is true, as long as you're literally a TASCA, a friend of the family or a first class *NSFW* kisser. Yes, in order to succeed in this company it is all about who you know & how much of someone's *NSFW* you can.. well, you know. Other than that, good luck holding on to the promise of "there is room to grow here" with a bunch of egos competing to see how much off the TASCA family they can eat. At the warehouse, for starters, you have a starting pay rate of minimum wage on average. A warehouse, right? I know. Working for egotistical managers who don't care about you or your life outside of work, but meeting a certain quota every month. Wanna head home to your wife & kids on time to enjoy some mouth watering chimichangas from your favorite Mexican spot? Don't bother dreaming of it. Mr. Managers in charge want & need you to ship out 1,500 parts, no matter how late you stay to do it. Oh & trust me, you will be staying late to finish the job with your crew that is extremely short staffed. Wait, short staffed? That means more money in the crew that's present's pockets right? Don't count on it, for the reward of completing your quota is not a raise, but instead a pizza party. Hey look, you're in 2nd grade again! How do the keep the employees they do, you ask? Comfortability. I know because I've gone through it & know people who are currently going through it but who aren't happy. Comfortability through endless overtime that make your checks just a little bigger but your days longer & personal lives shorter. Comfortability by allowing you to listen to music on the job, something a lot of other jobs don't offer. Comfortability by allowing you & the rest of employees to do whatever you want, until things get out of hand & they decide to become professionals. Do not work at this warehouse, you will be extremely dissatisfied. Now, say you're a good looking, hard working, personable female who wants a more laid back job at the dealership. Perhaps you want to sell cars & make good money, but they start you off as a greeter with promises to get somewhere else. Don't count on going anywhere but fetching coffee for the salesmen who treat you like a piece of meat as well as a house maid. Maybe on paper, you're hired to greet customers & help set them up with their favorite salesmen. But don't be foolish, your manager & salesmen have other plans. Be prepared to do everything but your job as a greeter. You are strictly there to do personal favors like water their plants, grab them lunch & more. Did I mention being their eye candy for the day? That's right, be prepared to be creeped on & sexually harassed by old, sometimes wrinkly married men who would love to get in your pants as their lives as nasty salesmen are miserable. Do work at this dealership as a greeter if you'd love to be someone's "Rosie" from the Jetsons one minute & a home wrecker the next. Maybe, just maybe you'll succeed. These are just stories from a former warehouse worker as well as a former greeter for TASCA Automotive. Work for this family at your own risk.

Cons

lost of promises and no delivery beware of the "Bruces'" hierarchy they WILL talk about you behind your back management is not good at keeping personal conversations to themselves they will throw so much work at you until you crack the goals that are expected are extremely high understaffed they only care about the customer surveys... management pretty much gives everything away in order to get a good survey 401k contribution is a joke! "benefits" are way too expensive i could go on forever... just avoid this place!
