It may be difficult to fully understand your actual job if you have no prior warehouse experience like scanners, picking, inventory and the like. The job(s) require a lot of attention to detail and even more coordination to keep things organized; although, some employees, due to lack of knowledge, experience or initiative, may not follow through entirely or have completely different workflows which can make your work confusing.
