Pros
Some managers are actually helpful and want to train employees to succeed and make the place better. Schedule flexibility is good too.
Cons
lazy managers. Not sure why they even hold a job except for tenure as other people clearly do more work. Lazy, un helpful, disrespectful, do not help when everyone is running around trying to stay above water, talks to you like you should know everything when its not even your responsibility... You get the picture.
