Pros
A couple nice people, tons of $ as family is wealthy. Nice facility.
Cons
Where to start? No leadership, bad management, ownership doesn’t care about store. Just keep plugging in new people and new managers when they can. No stability. Poor pay. No direction, no future. The family has tarnished the name their grandfather made and will run this store into the ground and out of business. Also no real “HR” and many bad practices and bad behavior are tolerated, and nothing changes. Car business is hard, but this place is a joke, beyond repair, and avoid at all costs. There are jobs everywhere in this business....
