      Pros

      The teams doing the actual work are full of wonderful, hard working people who want to do well and collaborate together.

      Cons

      CEO (Ania Smith) is the worst I've seen in my career. She is divisive, awkward, rude and lacks the ability to lead a cross-functional organization. No one trusts the executive leaders to stand up to her or lead in the direction we need to go to improve the business. Priorities are not clear, engagement and morale are at an all time low.

      Pros

      Wow, what a year. We’ve all gone through a tough spot last year, when the pandemic came about, and TR came through for all of us. We’ve had some people leave, and even more join, and our team is even better. I’ve worked for a few FAANGs, and get recruited often, and I wouldn’t consider leaving this incredible group. Everyone I work with cares deeply about our customers and my team is sharp. Best of all, we’re remote and have some incredible perks.

      Cons

      The one downside is that we’re still hiring, and growing teams, and this is hard to balance sometimes.

      It's a company that cares deeply about it's employees . Free lunches , great benefits

      The teams might appear understaffed in multiple departments. However, they are actively working on changing that.
