      Pros

      The office feels like a family. People celebrate each other's successes and can approach each other honestly with feedback. There's a lot of opportunities since we're growing so rapidly. Everyone is asked to speak up and provide their opinions and feedback, and leadership genuinely listens.

      Cons

      We're at the beginning of our global scaling journey which means that things change almost constantly. There's room for improvement in terms of supporting leaders.
