- Managers wait till the last second every time, literally down to the last hour.
- Managers are” yes men to executive power” and offload all the burden to employees, without even compliments
- Managers will take your work and never report the findings; leaving you with no way to self evaluate your performance.
- TCS itself from an administration is totally 100% useless; good luck opening your email as it will never work
- It takes 6 months to get a computer.
- It takes an additional 1-3 months to get software; leaving you the only option to buy and try to get reimbursed which will never happen either
- You’ll never see your bonus; they’ll tell you it comes after 6 months and then it’ll change to 8, then 10, then a year passes....
