Being constantly lied to and screwed over by the India based/temporary teams/employees. As well as being party to immigration fraud by having someone who doesn't manage you as your paper manager to game the US L1A visa system.

Where do I start? - Complete lack of respect for employees and their relationships with the client. - Managament will constantly try to get free work out of you next to your client’s needs. - If you don’t set boundaries they will call you in all hours of the night. - Managers wait till the last second every time, literally down to the last hour. - Managers are” yes men to executive power” and offload all the burden to employees, without even compliments - Managers will take your work and never report the findings; leaving you with no way to self evaluate your performance. - TCS itself from an administration is totally 100% useless; good luck opening your email as it will never work - It takes 6 months to get a computer. - It takes an additional 1-3 months to get software; leaving you the only option to buy and try to get reimbursed which will never happen either - You’ll never see your bonus; they’ll tell you it comes after 6 months and then it’ll change to 8, then 10, then a year passes.... -
