      Pros

      They will spend money to "try" to train you and teach you from the ground up with their "training".

      Cons

      The training does not match up well with the jobs they line you with. Most of the time they did not meet client needs with the training. They just throw a bunch of material to broaden your focus, but that just makes you more lost as a junior developer. They prefer quantity over quality.
