      I had associated with TATA TOYO RADIATOR Ltd for 6.5 year in Manufacturing Engineering Joined as Diploma Engg Trainee in 2010 and leave as Assistant manager in Nov 2016 My Boss was very good in Professional as well as personal Average annual interment Working environment also good Good office infrastructure Freedom to speak with Senior Management team Very good organization for girls and respect to woman Good scope of business accusation Good product port follio Company providing Learn and Earn scheme to reputed institutions like BITS Piano and Symbiosis University ( for BTech and MBA ) with college fees and Time for class and also leave for exams

      Long time to stay office for work even good work life balance, Management decision not stable 11th hour decision taken and action that's staying after office hour No working load measurement system If some working good then he would be overloaded and if not performing then he/she has no load leaving right time
