Management is a JOKE!

Pros

Lots of good people work here, in fact some of the most talented i've ever met. The pay is marginal for the industry but a good start.

Cons

The upper management are a bunch of amateurs. The more they try to "manage", the more they manage to screw it up. I feel bad for the people that are there under the illusion that things will get better.

Pros

I have faith in the ethics of the company. I feel motivated to perform my duties to the best of my ability, and am compensated for my zeal. I have opportunity and room to elevate myself within the company. I am pleased, overall, to work at the Taj Hotel in Boston.

Cons

The physical environment of the back office (the physical appearances of the offices we work in) is rather cramped and deteriorated. It makes for a dismal visual aesthetic. No windows. I doubt that there is much that can be done to amend this, and I dont expect management to do anything about it honestly. But it is worth mentioning if you work primarily in the administrative offices.
