Pros

My fellow Techs are a decent group

Cons

Upper Management is really bad. It seems as if The CEO Alec's "leadership" has really nose-dived this company into rock bottom!

Pros

Honestly I am very happy with my experience thus far and appreciative of the opportunity. Pros: Compensation is right in line with that of very large corporations. Benefits are great They will let you carry over considerably more PTO year over year than any other company I have worked for I enjoy every single person that I work with mostly because of the can do attitude that everyone has. Aggressive towards growth. They don't just talk about growing but actively have conversations and come up with plans for the growth. Very understanding that people have families and work very well with that. I find that people in management have a high level of competence. I think this derives from the fact that they have actually performed the work they are managing others to preform. Management is VERY approachable. From a sales perspective they let you work with customers how you want to rather than trying to fit you into some kind of model derived from upper management. The sales support it TOP level. Never had so much support anywhere else. Tons of transparency.

Cons

At this time I don't have anything to share here. I do find the very few ramblings of people not understanding the direction of the company frustrating, but really that can all be cleared up with a conversation with the CEO or CFO of the company who are both at the headquarters office and are very easy to talk to.
