Pros

Clients and co workers are amazing.

Cons

Senior management has no idea how to run a mission critical air conditioning company. There are meetings to have meetings that accomplish nothing measurable. All changes based off of erroneous info. Salesmen are not held accountable or even required to meet clients then when problems arise the technicians are blamed

Terrible upper management

Pros

Customers and co-workers. Nice quiet office . Sadly I dug deep and couldn't find anymore pros.

Cons

Management does not care about their employees at all! They will just discard you like you never mattered no matter how many years of service. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Upper management doesn't have a clue!
