      - Work life balance. Although it all depends from project to project. - Friendly and helping colleagues.

      Cons

      - Hike may not justify the efforts you put in. Better you put in ordinary effort as all are paid the same. - A very basic and ordinary cafeteria.

      I am experiencing a good work-life balance here. Flexibility in working hours is there; besides we get two days off per week, and a 50% remote working policy depending on situations. Working here is just a satisfactory experience. Absolutely no complaints.
