None that I can think of. Too small to be everything to everybody, but Tavant keeps trying (and failing).
Cons
If you are not Indian, don’t even think about working here. Easily the most racist company I’ve ever worked for. The “Brahmins” live to treat the “Dalits” like untouchables. The more people are on a Teams call, the more likely the leaders will berate and belittle somebody. We used to joke about whose turn it was to be abused by the director of sales, one of the nastiest people I have ever had the extreme displeasure of working for.
