Here, I’m getting lots of opportunities to learn, develop new skills daily, doing technical work, working with a diverse and talented group of people, and being part of inventive product development process. After working here for 3 years, I will say that you must have good learning ability in yourself and should work hard to make the most of the opportunities in this company.

Thanks for the newer roles and responsibilities that I am given now. After being promoted as a team lead, my responsibilities have grown. But yes, it’s what we call professional growth. I am happy with it. One thing I wish to tell you is that just work at your best, and prove to yourself, rest superiors know their job. They know how to give importance to the right talent.
