There is 50% remote working allowed, then 10 public holidays they are giving also. Nice one to have all of these

Pros

It has its own benefits. On a personal front, it makes one responsible and accountable. Self-discipline is nurtured, which helps while working. Integrity and transparency is at the core here. Practices and processes are also in place. One feels comfortable here.
