Pros

An added benefit where employees can get advance amount against their salary, in case of a financial emergency. It was a savior for my family when I had faced such a situation a while ago. This company treats its employees as assets

Cons

Frequent changes in priorities once a while. Bearable though.

Good company to work with. You will work with a good team if you are lucky. Project and tech stack is what it matters.

Cons

There might be more pressure sometimes, depends on manager . If you reject project you might be terminated too at times. So be ready to upskill when you are in bench atleast.
