      Pros

      At Tavant, you get to work with some really smart folks, and there are regular training sessions to help you upskill. The pay scale, benefits and work-life balance are good.

      Cons

      The pace here is fast with new challenges and variety. Not suitable for those who prefer a rigid setup.

      Some of the things I really liked about working at Tavant: – Got to work on global projects, which was super exciting – Work-life balance – Learned a lot in a short period of time — great place to grow quickly!
