      Nice environment, scope to learn new things, friendly environment, senior people are open to listen your problem.

      Nothing much other than cab and cafeteria

      Thank you for the positive feedback. We strive to provide an encouraging work environment & culture. Tavant is centrally located , and well connected with public transportation hence there are no company provided cabs. We ensure to pass on the feedback of employees to food vendors on a regular basis.

      Pros

      - good tech stack - Architects are good mentors if you approach them personally - lot of opportunity to learn - Krishnan who runs the Bangalore branch is an extremely good person

      Cons

      - quality of SSE & TL is lacking. Yet to meet a TL who is either Technically strong or has great leadership abilities - Hikes are not on time ( but they pay with arrears) - People management is poor. Seen a lot of good people leave the company due to salary issue, seen a lot of untalented people get hired to replace them with higher salary - Depending on project, pressure maybe high
