Work on latest Technologies if it is development project No much work pressure Good balance with work/life Location of company - Compared to Whitefield and EC, its better

No proper projects Anytime you enter bench , you can be asked to leave Senior management has no plans for company's future Even CEO doesn't know % growth achieved in last fiscal year This is an oldage home for all senior management people HR people keeps hiring people with no reason and keep people in bench and nowdays they are outsourcing people to companies near by Koramangala New Joiners better to avoid this company - Their pay is bit better than other service based companies but this is not worth it. Every project is supposed to complete within 90 days whatever its complexity is doesnt matter No proper process for any other activities
