- Good work culture - Good management

Cons

- Evening meetings due to US clients - Some teams have to work on legacy systems - In past company used to hire from tier 1 college so company had the best brains and lot of learning opportunities but now as they moved to service they miss that - Before pandemic used to have quarterly lunch and yearly outing but now those benefits are not passed to employees - On resignation you need to wait for 2 months for salary - Company has lot of potential but sales team is not able to bring many projects to company
