I joined this company in automation team (Noida), there is only one pros- work on new tools and technologies in automation testing

Cons

1. Bad appraisals(3-5%) 2. Worst Managers- They have no idea about time estimates, client handling and resource management even they are not able to add new projects for testing, they always try to retain their existing projects by false promises with their client 3. Short term projects(2-4 months), only 1-2 projects in automation team 4. No appreciation/acknowledge for your good work 5. Bad training/certification policies 6. Unprofessional HR department 7. No job security 8. No Professional ethics in managers 9. No career growth 10. Only buttering policy are key to progress in this company
