Pros
It has been a long journey for me working for this company. It would not be wrong to say that it is a second home for me. By all means, the effort has been a collaborative one from the management as well as from my end. I feel glad that I deal with some of the best brains from the industry being a Lead Network Engineer. I keep on bringing growth plans for the organization and work alongside the highly competent team. Even, during this pandemic, while being working from home; it hasn’t been that difficult for me, collaborating with my workmates and getting things done.
Cons
We should have been given the quarterly team building budget in the pandemic. This would have helped to motivate the team members.
