Pros

Suitable and eligible employees are allowed to switch their domain/field of specialization if they desire. The company offer a dedicated ‘internal career shift program’ for the same. Many employees, including me, have benefited from this particular program by the company.

Cons

A remote working allowance, which is not there currently, would be welcome if allowed.
