      * Working in QE at Tavant during its AI transformation has been an exciting experience. * I’ve been learning new skills, trying out intelligent automation, and contributing to AI-driven projects that are helping shape the future of our solutions. * I was free to experiment and implement new AI based solutions where ever it was feasible to enhance the quality of the solutions.

      Pros

      I am currently working full time at Tavant and my experience has been extremely positive. I received excellent support and guidance from my manager from the beginning which motivated me. The culture here is open, friendly with opportunities for learning and professional development. As of now, they provide great compensation and benefits like health insurance along with various facilities that show genuine care for employee well-being.

      Work hours are based on the project.
