1. Flexible working hours with only core hours in office(11-4) 2. Most of it's project is based on mortgage lending and using latest technologies. 3. Innumerable events and training for it's employee. 4. They are more concerned about the health and work life balance of their employee. 5. Good pay during joining based on your experience and current CTC 6. In health policy parents added by default without any extra premium 7. Morning and evening free food for early entrants(9 am) and late going individuals in the cafetaria. 8. Most of the managers are supporting while on board and migrate to a project and adapt to the new environments. And always encourage and support you to upskill yourself. 9. And many more
