      Pros

      Company is giving good flexibility. Not having good amount of project in SFDC.

      Cons

      They are making fool to employ .. Projects are in pipeline. Manager only looking those employees who is running back to him (Chaplusi). They are not having any employee training program. If you will talk to manager about project and work, they will give any non-technical work or very poor work.

      1.not professional. 2.no job security and growth 3.Poor HR team and management. 4.Not a good company to work. Dont screw your career by joining this company
