Pros

Excellent for fresher to start career with tavant, you will grow up as software developer. Will get change to work on recent technologies. Company have very nice development project. Half price canteen after 7pm, cab facilities after 7pm.

Cons

Work form home facility is not available below TL level. Company provide laptops to only TL and above.

*Facilities aren't bad at all but there's still a lot of room for improvement *IS team is very slow to address issues and requisitioning personal machines is a huge chore *Hikes aren't what they used to be
